When Roads Reflect a Brand’s Vision
At CoEvolve Estates, sustainability and smart engineering go hand-in-hand. So when it was time to build the internal roads at their Whitefield property, they weren’t looking for a typical solution.
They wanted strength, longevity, and harmony with the earth—without compromising on performance. That’s where EcoPath came in.
Our team was tasked with building a road that could withstand the test of time and weather while aligning with CoEvolve’s thoughtful living philosophy.

Step 1: Start With the Soil
Every great road begins beneath the surface. At EcoPath, we always begin by analyzing what’s already there—so we can enhance it rather than replace it.
We conducted a full geotechnical investigation to understand:
● The soil’s natural load-bearing capacity
● Moisture levels and retention
● Ideal compaction requirements
This helped us determine the right treatment to prepare the foundation.
Step 2: Strengthening the Ground Naturally
Once we understood the soil, we moved into the stabilization phase. Using a custom
earth-friendly formula, we treated and strengthened the natural soil to form a solid, long-lasting sub-base.
Our Process:
- Spraying – A water-based solution was evenly applied across the surface.
- Blending – The soil was tilled thoroughly to mix the treatment up to a depth of 600 mm.
- Grading – We levelled the surface to create optimal slopes and alignment.
- Compacting – Finally, the treated soil was compacted using a vibratory roller to lock in
strength.
Step 3: Curing & Preparation for Surface Layer
After stabilizing the soil, we allowed the surface to cure naturally over a few days. This step ensures internal bonding and moisture equilibrium.
Throughout the curing phase, we monitored the surface regularly to check for uniform drying and strength development.
Step 4: Applying the Waterproof Layer
With the subgrade ready, the final surface layer was applied—a specially formulated water-repellent mix designed to resist cracking, erosion, and water seepage.
This surface not only protects the road below but also provides a smooth and safe driving experience.
